Are you insured?
Yes! We are fully insured with PBI Pet Insurance, ensuring peace of mind for you and your pet. We hold dog walking licences for Harrow and Hillingdon, conduct thorough risk assessments, and are trained in canine first aid to keep your dog safe at all times.
Our team regularly attends courses to stay up to date with the latest best practices in dog care, behaviour, and training. Learn more about our qualifications and commitment to safety on our Meet the team page!
How many dogs are walked at once and how are they grouped?
Our handlers are insured to walk up to six dogs at a time, but we carefully group dogs based on personality, playstyle, walking pace, and individual preferences to ensure a positive experience for all.
Each dog is assessed during our free, no-obligation meet and greet, allowing us to tailor walks to their unique needs for a safe and enjoyable experience.
Finding the perfect fit – Your dog may try a few groups before settling into the one where they feel most comfortable!

Do I need to be home for you to collect my dog?
No, you don’t need to be home! Most clients provide us with a key or a secure code for a safety deposit box, allowing us to collect and drop off your dog hassle-free.
This ensures a smooth, stress-free experience—even when you're out!
Do you offer services on bank holidays and weekends?
We are closed on weekends and bank holidays, but additional services can be requested.

Availability is at our discretion, and extra charges may apply for walks on these days.

My dog hasn’t been spayed/ neutered, will you take them?
Yes! We assess each dog based on their temperament, behaviour, and needs, regardless of whether they are spayed or neutered.
However, we reserve the right to refuse any dog regardless of if they're intact or neutered/spayed if we feel they are not a good fit for our services.
My dog requires a muzzle, will you still take them?
Yes, absolutely!
We assess each dog based on their individual temperament and needs, not whether they wear a muzzle. During our initial assessment, we take all factors into account and tailor our approach to ensure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and enjoys their walks.
If your dog requires a muzzle, we are happy to accommodate their needs while providing a positive and enriching experience.

Can you administer my pet’s medication?
Yes, we are happy to administer medication to your pet according to written instructions. However, please check with your vet to ensure they are comfortable with us doing so.
What security measures do you have?
We take the security of your home and your dog seriously, implementing strict measures to keep everything safe.
All keys are securely stored in a locked safe and kept separate from personal information to ensure they cannot be linked to specific properties. Personal data is protected in accordance with GDPR regulations.

For added security, our team wears body cameras on all dog walks, and every dog is fitted with a GPS Tractive Tracker to monitor their location in real time. We also vary our walking routes and time slots to prevent predictable patterns.
Our vans are equipped with dash cameras and trackers, ensuring safety and accountability at all times.

In compliance with UK law, all dogs must wear a collar and tag during their walks. We reserve the right to refuse service if a dog is not properly attired.
These precautions are in place to provide complete peace of mind while ensuring the safety of your dog and home.

How do you take payment?
Invoices are sent out on the third Friday of each month, with payment due within seven days via bank transfer.

Can you do adhoc walks?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate ad-hoc walk bookings for non-regular clients.
Our groups are carefully structured for safety, compatibility and consistency, with five dogs per walk. The sixth slot is reserved for emergencies, pet sitting, or additional walks for our regular clients, but availability is not guaranteed and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additionally, we cannot ensure that ad-hoc/additional walks will align with your dog's usual schedule.
If you’re interested in becoming a regular client, please get in touch to discuss available walking options!
